Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the fact that many items (especially food) are perishable or uniquely made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is placed, except in cases where the product is:

Damaged in transit

Wrong item delivered

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product

After review, we will:

Replace the item (subject to stock availability)

Not process refunds in other cases

4. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Standard delivery times depend on your location and the courier used. We strive to dispatch orders promptly, but delays may occur for handcrafted or custom items.
